The helmet looks good. And that's about it. The fit is OK on me and certainly is the best of the flip fronts I tried. Different depths of cheek padding would make it even better. The visor is fairly solid and quick to remove (if a struggle for the first few times until you get the knack). It is noisy at anything above 30mph (so ear plugs at the ready). Don't do out in wet weather as the visor leaks so badly you have a small river on the inside. Don't ride in the cold either as the visor will fog almost instantly. The chin guard seems very flimsy (a common problem with flip front helmets) and the EC22 05 sticker is no comfort as this does not include a front impact test. I would not trust this helmet to prevent potentially fatal lower skull fractures in a spill. The "removeable" breath-guard is a complete pain as it keeps moving out of position The gel coat is deliecate and both this and the visor are easily scratched. Also HJC can't seem to get their act together and get their importers organised - so getting the hold of spares is a mahor pain (nay, impossible). Don't bother contacting HJC either as they never respond. "Customer" and "Service" must be just two words in the dictionary to them. In conclusion; save the pennies for a while longer and go get a Shoei or an Arai.
