kwakattack Bridgestone BT020: ... the years i have trusted bridgestone tyres over most, have tried other makes such as dunlop and metzler but have always came back to bridgestone. had these tyres now on my kawasaki zx10r for 6 months... and very very happy with them. they are a tyre that you can trust in the wet and not get the back end twitching. find with the bt020 is that the take a long time to heat up and the first 50 miles can make you f...

Jonny_L Bridgestone BT020
... most riders will know, the tyres really make or break the bike. A bad set of tyres can really mess up the handling, make the bike feel unstable in the bends or really poor in the wet. A good set of tyres, to me at least, is a set that is outstanding on every road surface that you can throw at them. The BT020s fall into the latter catagory. They are superb on dry twisties, just as they are in the wet, and they re good touring tyres too, thanks to the relatively hard compound. They seem to last a good length of time, unfortunately I managed about 4000 miles before getting punctures, but they were nowhere near the end of their lifespan. The funny thing with these ...

elmopants Michelin Supersport Pilot Sport Motorcycle Tyres
... off I know how much stick Michelin have had over their performance the MotoGP! I am glad to report that I have not had such poor results from my Michelin Pilot Road tyres fitted to my trusty Yamaha FZS600 Fazer. I had these rubber boots fitted in replacement for the recommended Bridgestones that the bike was fitted with from new. I didn t really like the feel of the earlier tyres with the turn in quite sharp and at lean I didn t feel quite at ease on them. So I asked around and was told that the Michelin s should suit the way I ride with a nice gently turn into the corners and good even grip across the profile no matter what sort of angle. I have to say I haven t be...

... 111 was a must for my Christmas list and Christmas came early for me ans the in laws got it sent via the Internet. I have 2 motorcycles and in the November to March period they don t always get used regularly. So when i heard about an intelligent charger for motorcycle batteries that was reliable and tough i was hooked. The first job it did for me was to check my scooter battery which it did in about an hour. It tested it, charged it a bit and then the little green light came on to show all was well. The scooter does get fairly regular use and I knew the battery was in fairly good condition as it was only a few months old. What I did like was the connection to be...
