Triumph Trophy 900:
... had one of these for a couple of years. Bought it in 1998, T reg and new. First Trophy I had. It broke down 5 miles from the dealers as they had snagged the petrol pipes while putting the tank on. At least they came out and put it right on the spot. I did some 28000 miles on it over 2 years and apart from a failed oil pressure switch I cannot remember any problems with it. It was always dealer serviced. Never us... Aprilia RX 50 ... this bike last year for £1100 as an 07 plate. Thought at the time it was a good price, and in some ways in turned out to be. Bike has always ran well and been able to reach good speeds at around 60mph with just the standard peices and only restrictor removed. Has always served me well, and started first time. Only more recently have I found any problem, as it now doesnt start as well, and have had numerous problems with the electrics on the bike, with them cutting out, or some things not working. Have tried to get this sorted but, a bit if rain and everything seems to fail again. Overall I am really happy with the bike that i bought, but cant be sure if this is a ... Suzuki Bandit GSF600 ... Bandit 650S is a motorcycle, plain and simple. Mine is a 2005 with carbs, bought used with 15,000 kms on it. It s one of several models I d have bought, but there it was, at the right price. There s nothing special about it but, like most bikes, it s quicker and faster than the rules allow, anyway. The fairing is barely adequate on the highway (I am 5 10" tall), the front suspension is lousy on anything other than smooth pavement... if you want to do anything other than commute on it, you need to start modifying. Taller windscreen? Available through Givi, and likely a lot of other distributors. Better front shocks? Maybe this winter, if the money is there. Need ... Suzuki GSX-R750 ... GSXR-750. The Hooligans weapon of choice!!! Previous to buying my Gixxer 750 three years ago I owned a 2001 Kawasaki Ninja 600. I ended up having no end of expensive problems with the Kawasaki and in the end I part-exchanged the bike for a brand new Suzuki GSXR-750 K5 model. I bought my bike as the new model was coming out so I got a hefty discount on it. You can pick one of these up for about £4000 now. Which is good considering that they are known for their bomb-proof engines so you shouldn t get any problems. Just be careful as they are a bit of a track day goers favourite so might have been trashed around race tracks. ~~~~~~~ The Look ~~~~~~~ I bought one of ... Read the full review: Susuki GSXR-750.
