Advantages: everything,its great
Disadvantages: could do with clock in dash
Mine is the Gilera Runner VXR 180 four stroke.
I part-exchanged a Piaggio B125 against it (a big wheeled scooter).
Fuel economy is not as good as a 125, i manage about 60mpg (BUT, i mainly do flat out A roads, mostly at an indicated 85mph, but i expect it is realistically in the high 70's.
The accelaration is very good, much better than a 125.
The build quality seems good, there is much less plastic than other scooters on it, so things like oil changes and variator belt changes are much easier.
I have changed the standard exhaust for a Thunder carbon superbike exhaust (louder, lighter and wont rust).
So far, it appears well built (for a scooter),fast, reliable and reasonably economical. The lights are also very good, and the handling is much better than i expected (i ride a 2002 fuel injected R1 in good weather)
Out of the scooters i have owned (speedfight 100,Honda Lead,Piaggio B125) this is the best without doubt. Much cheaper to run than your traditional winter hack, where tyres/chains ect make them more expensive to run.
Oh, and the seating position is very high, i touch the floor on tip toes, and when you overtake white van man you look down on him!

Summary: In my opinion the best scooter on the market (well, apart from VXR200!)
