Gilera Runner 50:
... bought my new Gilera Runner 50 SP about a week ago. Before that i onwed an old vespa, which had good performance, considering it was tuned, but a very low reliability. YOU need to be able to count on your machine to start and go what you want it to when you need it to do that. After much research, and observation, i settled for the Runner. I decided to go with 50 cc cosidering the fact that the performance of my ol... Read the full review: Gilera Runner 50 SP by Peter Salinger |

Gilera Runner 180 ... bought my gilera runner180 in spain £1600 new. Kept it two years and did 10000 miles. Fantastic machine, very fast have had an indicated 150 kmph no problem. Will cruise at 70mph two without trouble. It handles well is very quick of the mark, 50 t0 80 mph in a flash. just a little tall for me could only just get my toes down solo but ok with a pillion. reliability 100%, the longest journey i did was 195m, mostly used it for shopping trips of 6 or 7 miles. Drove it fairly hard , and was very happy with it, however my wife was not so keen, and i sold it and bought a new car. Can t make up my mind wheather to buy the new vxr 200 or go for a bigger bike, as i don t believe ... Read the full review: ron.w/spain by r.wiseman |

Gilera Runner 125 ... am a lover of the gilera runner series! i had a 50cc pogialli until some oik decided to steal it from my last property!(thanks) i then upgraded to a aprilia leonardo 125cc and loved it for all of 4 months ,i had a series of things go wrong with it engine wise and had no option to scrap it! which leads me firmly to what i believe to be one of the most versatile, nippy, economical scooters around,it looks good and feels a pleasure to ride... im not into modding but i have seen some great paint jobs and chrome like exaust systems! all in all this is a winner if you could see the beam on my face as i got on the saddle and opened her up! aaaah bliss! i can fully recommend one ... Gilera Runner 180 ... using my Yamaha 600 everyday to commute to work I used to more or less see the same guys on their 500s, 600s, 750s and bigger and we used to acknowledge each other at the lights in the mornings or on the way back from London to Croydon on an evening. Well that one got stolen so I got myself a Gilera FX 180. I set off for work at the same time and seen the usual lads on their big superbikes and acknowledged them but they just laughed at me - very annoying! So I let rip when the lights changed and watched through mirrors them trying to catch up with me! What a laugh - they talked more about the Gilera after that and I was the one who was laughing. The smaller wheels o... Read the full review: Gilera FX180 by CC |
