2007 Harley Davidson Wide Glide (Harley-Davidson Dyna Wide Glide)
Member Name: Rob Naish
Advantages: Good everything - good to stretch out on Disadvantages: You never want to stop riding I purchased the 2007 White Gold Pearl Wide Glide a year ago (I was having the salesperson write up a Night Train I had thought about for months when I saw it and changed my mind in 15 minutes after sitting on it and taking a close look at the front end)...13500 miles later I know I made the right choice. No problems and I can ride all day long with ease - not to say the Night Train wouldn't have been a great bike too - just not as much leg room. I took the trip to Sturgis this year which was about 550 miles in one day - not that far but I felt like I could have gone twice as far as I still felt fresh (no windshield - Sidewinder seat). Nice riding postion (I'm 6'2" - 210lb), good looks, handles good (very light steering - minimal effort), good brake feel, runs great (stage one, se ac,V&H Big Radius, Cobra F2000R digital fuel processor - and a wide tire kit). This is my 7th motorcycle (2nd Harley - all bikes 1000cc or more - 2 sport bikes and 1 Goldwing and the rest tour/cruisers) and the Wide Glide fits me to a tee; good for around town but equally as good for taking longer trips - I would have no problem going anywhere the road takes me on this bike - just throw on a bag or two and go. The engine starts and runs like a champ and so far hasn't used a drop of oil - I get comments on the blinding chrome all the time; I couldn't be happier - great bike. Summary: A riders bike
