I bought a new GW SE 1500 in '92. I have ridden all over the US on it, from California to various rallies and rides in Sturgis, Texas, Florida, Wyoming, Arizona. It is absolutely the most reliable, comfortable touring bike bar none. I have 5 other bikes, and the Goldwing is the best for long trips on the road.
