Newest Review: ... 1st scoot was a honda x8rx and it looked the bees knees purple and yellow (great standard paint job) it looked the part but ... more  ... it was just so slow it was de-restricted and topped out at 35mph it would shoot to 20mph then slowly climb to 25 then shoot to 35mph i sold it my mate who had put a ginelli pipe on it and a better cdi unit along with upjetting it and a k and n air filter it still topped out at 35 n e one else have this problem or was it just mine lol...moreMore Honda motorcycles
