KAWASAKI KX100 and stuff (Kawasaki KMX125)

A kawasaki kx100 is a brill bike, altough most races for youths are run for 80 and 85cc. I got my kx100 about 1 mounth ago and it has been so much fun. If you are thinking of getting a motocross bike i strongly recomend you find out where your nearest motocross dealer is, and it is a good idea to know somebody who knows what they are doing with motobikes otherwise you could ending up getting a fat bill from the dealer, for just a simple job.

If you get a second hand bike you should empdy the gearbox oil and put some fresh in, as you do not know how long it has been in there for, you should also clean the air filter, all these things you will find out how to do in the owners manual, if you do not get the owners manual with your bike you should get one ASAP because it tells you everything you will ever need yo know.

You shall need all the protective gear such as: crash helmet however never get a second hand helmet because you do not know where it has been or what has happend to it; you will need boots with steel toe caps get special motocross boots this is the best bet; you will also need body armor this protects your main body; you will also need tough gloves otherwise you will find that your hands will get cold scratched and cut all over. it is a good idea to get knee and elbow gaurdsbecause you are most deffantly going to fall off; and finally you will need tough jeans and jacket, you can get special motocross ones but they dig even thurther in to your pocket so it might be a good idea to just buy ordany jeans, unless of coarse you will be racing at a track, as it is equally as important to how you look as to how you ride.
