The Kymco Vivio is a 4 stroke 125cc bike at an excellent price. Most cheap 125's are 2 stroke, and you end up spending more in a year on 2 stroke oil than you've saved by spending a bit less on, say, the Typhoon. My brother-in-law bought the Vivio to do the Knowledge (learning the black taxi driver's routes round London) and is convinced it's the best bike for the job. Simple to operate, literally "twist and go," very low maintenance - no mechanical difficulties at all since he bought it over 9 months ago, despite averaging 5-6 hours per day driving all round London.
