Advantages: Nippy, Perfect Handling

Disadvantages: Still not fast enough for duel carrageways

I brought a Suzui AP50 back in january 2002, it was second hand, and cost me £650, since then i havent looked back, it has been the best £650 i have ever spent, when i first saw it i thought 'Cheap, and crappy' but since then i have changed my mind, not only is it comfortable, nippy, and great through traffic, its also faster than both the Katana and the Zillion, i know this because i have overtaken at least 3 of each!

The scooter has a 5.2 litre tank, which takes about £3.60 to fill up from empty, and has a 1.8 litre oil tank, as it is a 2-stroke, you have to fill this up generally every 100 miles, but it doesnt cos much.

It has an under seat helmet bay, which also has a light, which does help in the dark!

The scooter is a 49cc Air Cooled, with lots of nice touches, the paint schemes are good and the handling is even better, turns seem effortless as you can go round a roundabout at 35mph, its top speed varies, on a good day it can go about 38mph, and downhil about 41mph, but in the rain, it srugles to get to 35mph altogether.

But basically, for £1,499 otr brand new, you cant go wrong, i will always recommen Suzuki Scooters, mainly because they are reliable, quick, and very well built.

Cheap, Fast, Nippy, and now.....Fashionable!
