This bike runs like a dream. It's smooth and picks up speed very quickly. It's fuel injected so the bike goes further on less petrol. Its tyres, which are the Dunlop D207, hold the road brilliantly. This bike can travel up to 160 miles an hour with out getting the wobbles. So its very aerodynamic If you're thinking of buying a more powerful bike I guarantee this one. But I do warn you it's not for those who have just started riding. I myself haven't ridden it but i have been on the back and it is scary. So remember if you do buy this bike be careful. But I'm also sure that you get a lot of joy out of it. This is why it's so good With the GSX-R750's - four consecutive AMA 750cc Supersport Championships plus the '99 AMA Superbike Championship - the only logical question is how could such a dominating machine be made so much radically better? The answer is that the new GSX-R750 benefits from a breakthrough in chassis design our racing department engineers made with the RGV500GP bike. The GSX-R750's new twin-spar aluminum alloy frame has a slightly longer swingarm and wheelbase, which puts more weight on the front wheel. It also has increased rake and decreased trail. The result is a bike that responds with crisp precision to your input anywhere on the track. The real magic to the new bike, though, is its dimensions and made it lighter and more compact - a direct result of the engineers' totally integrated design philosophy. Following this approach, the engine design team collaborated closely with the chassis design team to create a new powerplant that functions as an integral part of the whole machine. The new engine is 8.8 lbs. lighter, 15mm shorter front to rear, 8mm narrower and 4mm shorter top to bottom. Yet produces approximately 5.0 more horsepower than the previous model. The new GSX-R750 also has narrower bodywork that provides even sleeker aerodynamics and incr
eases the efficiency of the redesigned Suzuki Ram-Air Direct (SRAD) induction system. The 43mm inverted forks have 5mm more travel. The rear shock is aluminum instead of steel, and the shock body is 25mm shorter and carries a superbike-size 46mm diameter piston instead of the previous 40mm piston, all while providing the same stroke as the previous model. Even the disc brakes - which have always been superb - are new, with lighter 4-piston calipers up front. The all-new GSX-R750. It so far outclasses the competition it almost makes you want to show a little mercy. Almost.
