Advantages: Enough power, good cornering
Disadvantages: Not much space for pillion passenger
It handles well, corners fine and runs like a Suzuki does --> always, hardly needs the choke! This one really is the Savage's big brother. If you put them next to eachother they look very similar. It handles fine but a straight handlebar or a bend one makes a world of difference. It has got a lot of grunt and handles well in corners. If you are over 6 ft (1.85 m) tall this motorbike may not be the one for you especially on longer rides. The positioning of the breaks and gears are not right then and your knees will not fit in the tank positions.

- 28/03/01 I agree with drksecret It's a hell of a good bike. I've had mine for 3 years now and it's the most reliable bike I've had. Starts first time every time, and talk about torque!!! For a custom it will surprise the first time you twist the throttle. The only downside is it's pisspot tank. A range of 90 miles if you're like me and heavy on the throttle. I got mine from a mate, it's had 7 previous owners and still looks like new. People and motorists hear me long before they see me. It's a real head turner and more rider friendly than a Harley. A pain to change the rear tyre without a centre stand, but worth the aggro. Try one. You'll be surprised. |
