Dear Bikers, The SV650S by Suzuki is awesome........... I have never riden a bike before, i decided i wanted to ride and went for it............ passing my test 3 weeks ago. i paid 1450 quid for a yellow SV from a lovely lady from ebay.....the bike just screamed at me to buy it.....or more like grunted at me. so here i am an sv owner and wearer of the biggest grin in the north of england. This bike is awesome, it sounds the business and is so confidence inspiring, my brother has been riding sports bikes for 4 years, but the thought of me owning a true sports just brought up images of mangled motorcycles and broken ...

For the cash:fun ratio, you cannot beat the SV650. You'll find rave reviews of this bike in most magazines and plenty of on-line sites so I'll just relate my experiences. I bought my SV650S as a first bike and it is the best decision I've made in a long time. Why? It's a beautiful bike. It's excellent value for money. Insurance is reasonable considering the displacement. It's torquey, light, flickable and fun, fun, fun. Have a look at http://www.svriders.com or http://www.sv650.org for loads of info.
