Advantages: great handling,stuning looks

Disadvantages: need good wrists

i owned my first daytona 955i in 2000,i loved the sound, handling and the way it preformed, the problem was i thought the grass was greener on the other side,i sold it to buy a 2001 yamaha r1,the only thing it gained over my triumph was top speed, around the twisties i rode my triumph faster,i kept the r1 for 6 months then it had to go,then i tried a suzuki bandit 1200,this just could not preform in any way shape or form,i had this for 12 months for comuting,i give the r1 6/10 the bandit 5/10 and my all time love 9.5/10,i have just aranged to buy another 955i 2000 with only 3000 miles on the clock and in show room condition,i pick it up this week 23/5/06,caint wait, ive tried 4 bikes since my bad move in getting rid of 955i and iv regreted it ever since, there are a number of reasons,1.they are very quick in most conditions 2,the sound is just fantastic,3,the look is still very pleasing to the eye,4,park it next to any bike i.e r1 gsxr and people will pick your bike out and stand and stair,5,its british, trust some one who is on his second beauty,iv tried the rest and trust me the triumph is the best.

Summary: its british at its best, and the looks and handling are fantastic

Not sure what happened to the layout of your review, but I would not buy one based on your review, I'm afraid. An expensive purchase requires much more knowledge.
