mortarake Triumph Trophy 900: ... remember any problems with it. It was always dealer serviced. Never used any oil. Changed the tyres at around 12000 miles, which is pretty good but I mostly did motorways and just squared off the tyres. It felt very different from the bike I d just got off, a 1976 Triumph Trident T160V, a mere 750cc. The Trophy is much taller while you sit in the T160. The Trophy also has a fairing, a pretty big one .. and a big...

featus Triumph Daytona 955i
... was not in the market for a new bike when I first came across the Triumph Daytona 955i. It took me good day to head back to the bike shop and go for a test ride. Sold. It was a mint 02 plate with 4000 miles on the clock. I was not out long for the test, but the quality of the ride was great. I wanted a bike that would be more comfortable than my GSXR 600 SRAD and have more mid range. The engine is a peach, oodles of torque from the off. The revs build quickly with a broad range of power. It is a three cylinder, gives you the tyre shredding torque similar to a v-twin, while being able to rev and deliver horsepower like a four cylinder. The sound is awseome, fit ...

Stephen+-+Belfast Triumph Speed Triple
... it s all a bit the same. Then I saw a roulette green 2003 speed triple with colour coded fly screen, belly pan, rad cover and seat hump. It looks like nothing else and, with it s 3 cylinder engine, sounds like nothing else either. A 2 hour test run and I was hooked. When I asked the dealer if the pillion seat was available, he explained that it was (oh and the previous owner had also left in a Triumph high level carbon race pipe, 2 alternative rear sprockets and a front sprocket which were all included in the price). Ooh deep joy! Have the bike now about a month. Fitted the race pipe which doesn t have the same mad wail as the (fairly sporty) standard can but emits a...

TRIUMPH3FANMAN Triumph Trophy 900
... is the true essence of what a sport touring motorcycle should be. I have owned a 1996 Triumph Trophy 900 for a couple of years now and I just love the bike. It is easy to pack up and take off on long trips. Half the fun of riding the 900 triple model is the sound of the engine. I sounds just like an exotic european supercar. It is guaranteed to turn heads wherever you ride it. The bike is just so smooth to ride down the highway. Buy carefully though. If you don t have the time to ride it, the bike is very tempting to leave town on even if you planned on taking a short run around town. The bike couldn t have any more character when compared to other bikes. I...
