Yamaha TRX850

.....Is the sound made as a TRX850 rolls down the road. Its Yamahas answer to Ducatis 900SS. Yamaha just so happen to have a 750/850 parallel twin engine sitting around going to waste, so the stole a Ducati frame, stuck it over the engine, raided their parts bin for wheels etc and then stuck a Ducatiesque price on it......Up until the price bit they were doing fine. The bike itself is entirely reasonable. It handles nicely, its quite quick with some sweet midrange torque. It even looks ok. Then you come down to the price. It costs as much as a 600 sportsbike! You'd really want to be different to buy a TRX when you can get something along the lines ...  Read the complete review
