Advantages: Amazing cast, terrific script, truly hilarious film, great acting throughout, fantastic directing

10 Things I Hate About You is a modern day adaptation of William Shakespears The Taming of the Shrew which thankfully through fantastic script work by Karen McCullah Lutz and Kirsten Smith and brilliant directing by Gil Junger along with amazing acting carries itself as a true classic in the making.
In the film we see Bianca (Larisa Oleynik) desperate to date her suitor Cameron (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) but due to her over protective father she is told that she can't date until her elder sister Kat (Julia Stiles) dates. Unfortunately for Bianca her sister Kat is a man hating loner and so it looks like Bianca will never manage to get things together with Cameron but when Cameron finds out of this he decides to hire Patrick Verona (Heath Ledger) who is a mysterious and brooding guy who nobody really knows anything about. As the films goes on we see Patrick slowly fall for Kat but it is not as simple as all of that and obviously twists ensue that keep you intrigued and interested.
I personally love this film and being a huge fan of 3rd Rock From The Sun I was delighted to see Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Larisa Oleynik together once again as they seem to have perfect chemistry. The film is hilarious, heart warming and keeps your complete attention throughout its 93 minutes.
All in all I have to advise any who have not seen this film that it is one not to be missed.
