Star Trek: The Original Series - Season 3 (DVD) ... very disappointing season.It is no wonder they cancelled the show after this series. From start to finish the vast majority of the scirpts were basically dire and it made me honestly wonder what the writers were on at the time. An example - Spocks Brain - the season 3 opener- the most dire story ever? Aliens come and steal Spock s brain to help run the systems on the planet. The crew after being incapacitated have to find the brain and reuinte it with Spock s body before it dies. If the aliens have suchadvanced technology, you wonder why they haven t developed good computers to run the planet. It sounds ridulous and it is. Even Leonard Nimoy (who played Spock) said he ... Orange County (DVD) ... Black stars in this rather low key comedy that is well worth hunting out as it is a rather funny film and while the comedy is not exactly cerebral in nature it will have you laughing and is a film you do not have to think very hard about. The main character is played by Colin Hanks, his character is a surfer dude called Shaun Brumder who becomes disenchanted with his life style after his best friend dies. Jack Black plays his stoner older brother Lance and Shaun decides that his future lies in being a writer and so he applies to university however a mix up sees him getting rejected however he decides to go anyway and then the farce begins. The Hangover (DVD) ... by Todd Phillips, THE HANGOVER is a comedy movie released in 2009. The movie centres around Doug played by Justin Bartha who goes on a stag weekend to Vegas before his wedding with best friends Phil and Stu played by Brad Cooper and Ed Helms respectively and his soon to be brother-in-law played by Zach Galifinakis.
