I've wanted to see this since it was released at the cinema so I was quite excited when me and the OH settled down to watch it this evening. I had very high expectations and was expecting this to be a brilliant film after reading a huge number of fab reviews on it. We watched this on DVD but I never watch the extras so this is a FILM ONLY review. *Plot* The film begins by introducing us to Mike O'Donnell, a 17 year old lad who is very keen on basketball and the way he is going could well become a professional. Just before a big match we see him chatting to his girlfriend, Scarlett. He can tell something is wrong and begs her to tell him what it is ... Read the complete review

17 Again wasn't exactly a film that I rushed out to see at the cinema nor one that I rushed out to purchase on DVD but it was one that I added to my 'lovefilm' rental list and was in fact the film that dropped through my front door last week. Having it now in my house and waiting to be watched I dutifully sat down with my mum to give it a go. I wasn't expecting much because let's face it that's not what the film was proposing to offer. I was simply expecting an easy going and light-hearted film and by and large that is exactly what I received. ~~PLOT~~ 17 Again tells the story of Mike O'Donnell who upon finding out, just before the basketball game of his ... I am not ashamed to admit I love Zac Efron so I do tend to watch his films and one I really fancied was 17 again. Plus it has the delectable Matthew Perry in it too. Me and my sister watched it and we loved it so we think everybody should love a bit of the Efron. Here is why. 17 again is about a guy called Mike who is having trouble with the wife and kids and longs for his glory days when he was 17, at school and very very popular and dating the prettiest girl in school. One night all of it gets too much for him and he wakes up the next day being 17 again. Now armed with his friend Ned who is a flamboyant guy if I ever did see one, he tries to go back to ...
