Advantages: Zac Effron and Matthew Perry
Disadvantages: In need of a bit more comedy
I am a big friends fan so when I saw this film advertised I had to watch it.
The basic story line is that Mathew Perry who plays Mark is divorsing his wife and his wish was to be able to forfill his dream as a basket ball player when he was a child. He is given this chance again without knowing by a sort of guardian angel to teach him a lesson about his selfish values that he has.
I found it hillarious and Zac Efron was the tip of the ice burg he was a very good comedian in this which I wasn't sure he would be able to pull off, I saw him as a singing and dancing sensation rarther than comedy.
My self and my partner enjoyed this film and even let the neice come and watch it the next day with us due to she is in love with Zac.
It is a heartfelt film that does have a serious story line to it with deep meaning and it does refect how selfish we all can be without relising that we would make the same choices again if we were in the same situations again. It is a chick flick so the girls will enjoy this more than the boys.
The one thing that I would have suggested in this film is that there was a bit more comedy and it wasn't quite what I expected but overall a good watch for all of us.
Summary: Good chick flick

- 05/07/09 I'd rate higher were you to go through and correct some of the spellings and whatnot. Your content's fine, but it's a bit difficult to read. |
