Zac Effron? not so bad after all (17 Again (DVD))

i was stuck on a 9 hour flight and was unable to sleep. After pretty much watching everything there was to watch on the plane, I was pretty much stuck for ideas. I hadn't watched this film yet as i thought it could possibly destroy my soul and would break won in tears for sinking to such a low level.

Anyway boredom finally got the better of me and i watched it. i have never been so wrong about a film. I feel wrong in saying it and i am guessing the high altitude and dead mind was a factor, but i really enjoyed it.

It is about a guy who gets the chance to go back to is 17 year old state of physical perfection and sort out his life. Zac Efron who i thought w so bad in High School Musical was actually really good and i have to admit i enjoyed his performance and has a very 'cool' persona about him.

The film has a classical American story line with a happy ending so there is no worries about anyone getting upset. It is nice and easy to watch and has some light hearted upbeat scenes where typical things like the bully gets what he should and the nice guy comes out on top.

There are also some really funny characters such as Thomes Lennon who plays Ned. He is a brilliant actor and is so funny. I think he really makes the film for me.

I can't say it is the most original or amazing film ever but it is an easy one to watch and is entertaining enough to watch

Summary: not so bad check it out if there is nothing else to watch
