Mehbooba (DVD) ... to meet her in-laws? Can this story have any kind of happy ending? THE GOOD AND BAD BITS Mehbooba took 8 years to complete. Apparently. I haven t been able to find out what the delay was but I also understand the film was a bit of a flop. I don t understand why. I quite enjoyed it. It might be because it stars two of my favourite Bollywood actors or it might be because of the spectacular cinematography used throughout the film or the lavish and excellent choreography in the song and dance routines. I m not saying I loved the film but I did enjoy the journey, the acting and the colourful and picturesque locations used throughout. Sanjay Dutt played the spoilt play... Veer Zaara (DVD) ... VEER ZARA Veer zara was released all over India in NOv. 2004. It has been directed by evergreen legendry Bollywood film maker Yash Chopra with the screenplay and dialogue written by his son Aditya Chopra. It stars Shah Rukh Khan, gorgeous Preity Zinta and the adorable Rani Mukherjee with excellent support from Kiron Kher, Divya Dutta, Boman Irani and Anupam Kher and guest appearances from Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini. An excellent movie to watch on. It is more than 3 hours in length, but you cant remain without watching this movie complete. Dus Kahaniyaan (DVD) ... Kahaniyan means "Ten Stories". It s a Bollywood film (Hindi language) but not like anything I ve seen before. In 1 hour and 53 minutes they ve managed to pack in 10 different stories with different actors and directors and an assortment of directors and producers. Some of them even have a director or producer of one story acting in another. I wasn t sure what to expect when I bought this medley of stories. I hadn t heard anyone else mention it at all but it boasted some really famous Bollywood stars such as Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Manoj Bajpai, Shabana Azmi, Naseerudin Shah, Dino Morea and Nana Patekar, along with some not so famous (to me anyway) such...
