... only review Lovefilm sent me a couple of horror films this time off my rental list and whilst they are still fresh in my mind I thought I d write a couple of reviews about them. The Unborn was the first film I watched and I can see from other reviews on here that it hasn t been received all that well. Having watched it I can safely say I agree with what has been written and the only positive thing I can say is that at least I didn t buy the film. As the death toll begins to creep up and up City Hall begins to cover up the truth. Leading the investigation is battered cop Frank McCrae, he thinks they ve got the wrong man and seeks to track down the Maniac Cop and get there before he strikes again. Maniac Cop really didn t make a huge amount of sense. There really wasn t any real motive for the maniac s actions. tommy7 Saw VI (DVD)
... only review. By the sixth film in a franchise you should have a very good idea what you are likely to see; particularly in this franchise. Saw VI does not fail to follow the pattern of the preceding five but is thankfully a step in the right direction after a couple of disappointing movies. I have long since given up hoping that each year s release would be the final one that ties up all the loose ends previously established. This allowed me to enjoy this years film without the expectation which burdened last years (which had the tagline you won t believe how it ends ) which I naively assumed was going to tie up the story. I have my doubts you will watch this ...
