Advantages: HILARIOUS!!! A GREAT STORYLINE!!

Disadvantages: None - its that good!

A review on one of my all time favourite films. This film was launched in 1999 and it has some of the most hilarious comedy scences i've ever scence.
The opening scence is total class where Jim performs a sexual act with complete embarassing circumstances.
That scence at the start of film sets the rest of the film perfectly with the four boys introduced soon after. The four lads being Jim, Kevin, Oz and Finch.
The story is about 4 lads who a toegether make a promise to all loose there virginity before the ever approaching high school graduation. In order to complete the task correctly they aren't allowed to use prostitution or alcohol. Other than that anything is allowed.
As the story unravels you will see the lads do anything and everything to stay to true to the promise.

JIM
Jim gets lucky and manages to get involved with a fit foreign exchange student, Nadia. But his chance is ruined when, in a truly hilarious scence when he 'blows his load' on camera over the internet, lets just say Nadia wasn't to impressed. This is bad news for Jim as he becomes the laughing stock of the playground. But all is not lost for Jim as he somehow manages to find a date for the prom, Michelle, a geeky band girl who has more to her than meets the eye.

OZ
Oz previously split up with a an older girl and realised that he needs to meet the needs of women. Oz trys the romantic approach and decides it would be a good idea to join the school choir. This proves to be a wise move as he stikes up a relationship with Heather a fellow choir student.


KEVIN
Kevin has a great advantage from the start as he already has a girlfriend, the stunning Vicky, but not all turns out the way he planned. With the pressure building Kevin piles pressure on Vicky and their relationship begins to show cracks. But can Kevin sort out his problems.

FINCH
Finch can be seen as a weird interlectual character but he has a charm none of the others poscess. After being cruely pranked on, by the sex god Stifler, in the girls bathroom ending up with Finch stood revealing all in the school corridor Finch looks doomed. But for Finch things take a huge upturn. He hooks up with Stiflers mum at the party and lets just say he struck gold. Everyone in the school now envy's him.

Although the film is mainly outlining the idea of sex, its promoting it in a way that is safe and respectable. It teaches the idea of love and romance.
The film shows these points in a hilarious form and the comedy continues in the further films. If you want down right madness and want a laugh Ameriacn Pie is the film to watch.

Summary: A MUST WATCH....... ITS THAT SIMPLE
