Advantages: laugh out loud comedy, cringe worthy moments, hilarious start to finish

American Pie began the teen comedies really which love them or hate them, are not now in short supply.

This is the original and the greatest in my opinion. Originally released in 1999 American Pie tells the story of 4 guys out to loose their virginity before the end of senior year.

Poor Jim (Jason Biggs) has no luck with the ladies, nor with Apple Pies...a joke i'll leave you to see for yourself, definitely a comedy classic. Finch, the smooth talking book worm struggles to find the right woman to lead him into manhood whilst Kevin (who has a girlfriend (played by Tara Reid) tries everything to get his girlfriend past 2nd base. Finally Oz decides that the right way to ditch the V plates is to be romantic and appear sensitive to attract the girl.

All ways seem to be disastrous for the guys as they edge closer to the end of the year, being cheerfully reminded of the time remaining by the resident babe magnet and fully self confessed stud Steve Stiffler a.k.a The Stiffmeister (Sean William Scott).

The way it has been put together is brilliant, guaranteed to keep you in stitches and cringing at points....poor Jim.
