Are we done yet? was the Channel Five movie for Sunday afternoon and it was on so I watched it with no prior knowledge or ever haing heard of the film before. **Brief plot** Nick and Suzanne (Ice Cube and Nia Long) are a couple who have not been together long and they find out they are expecting twins. As if the dire Are We There Yet? wasn't bad enough, Ice Cube is back in another "comedy" dud that shamelessly copies the rather decent Cary Grant comedy Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House (which was already previously re-made as The Money Pit, starring Tom Hanks, which wasn't so bad). Ice Cube may be fine in films like Friday, but standing on his own as a comic, he just doesn't have the charisma or charm to carry things. Are We Done Yet is a film made in 2007 starring the former rapper Ice Cube, following on from the 2005 film "Are We There Yet?". Ice Cube plays the part of a publisher moving into a new property and wanting to do it up. He faces obstacles along the way though, and his dream of a quiet house to work in soon evaporates.
