What’s it about? ------------------- Marty McFly travels back to 1885 to rescue Doc Brown, who is trapped there after the DeLorean was struck by lightning. Who’s in it? --------------- The two principal leads – Michael J Fox as Marty McFly and Christopher Lloyd as Doc Emmet Brown are both back, and clearly enjoying themselves immensely. This is particularly true of Lloyd, who seems to have really grown into his role over the course of the three films and has almost become the star of the film. The strength, however, lies in the real sense of friendship and warmth between the two characters, which adds to the charm of the ... Read the complete review

Back to the Future Part III is an good ending to the trilogy. It was made in 1990, 4 years after the first one and immediately after the second one. The movie is mainly about tying up loose ends but included an interesting storyline on its own. --- the BASICS --- Back to the Future Part III is a science fiction film about time travelling, starring Michael Fox (Marty) and Christopher Lloyd (Doc) as the 2 main lead characters and directed by Robert Zemeckis. The first film was about the invention of the time machine and Marty travelling by mistake to the year 1955 changing history, while the second one was about Marty and Doc travelling to 2015 to ... Yes it's back, and here in the third and final part it's a Western extravaganza! Stranded in 1955, Marty heads back to the old West to help Doc out. Using their Delorean car time machine, can they whiz back and forth to save the world? I love Back to the Future; it's great, but this one is totally different. Really this is just a good excuse to make a western. It must have been the case that they loved the wild west and decided to have a bit of fun. There are cowboys and horses, saloons and spit buckets, and it's great! However, on the other side of that it may not interest you if you don't have any interest in the wild west. This is a ... Where this third film in the triology stands apart is the simplicity of the storyline and for many it is this movie which is their favourite. While BTTF2 had perhaps the most confusing storyline (with timeline tangents aplenty), BTTF3 is no-quibble story of modern guy goes back in time to the Old West. There is also no necessity to have watched the first 2 films, something which may please those who watched BTTF2 without watching the first film. This sequel is much more tender and softer than that rest. It is played mostly in the daytime and the touching scenes between Doc and Marty are only superseded by Doc's suprising relationship with ... Read the complete review

Director: Robert Zemeckis Producer: Steven Spielberg. Writers: Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale. Stars: Michael J. Fox, Chritopher Lloyd, mary Steenburgen, Thomas F. Wilson and Lea Thompson. Released in 1990 this last in the trilogy of time travelling adventures where sanity seems to have left the planet. **BRIEF PLOT** The opening of this movie is sort of confusing as we see Marty McFly, (played by Michael J Fox) trapped in 1955, after seeing the Doc and the flying DeLorean disappear...but just after his other self was sent back to 1985 by The Doc, Doctor Emmitt Brown, (played by Christopher Lloyd), via a bolt of ...
