Animal Disneys were always my favourite! I loved them all, from The Lion King to the Aristocats. Another I loved and watched all the time was Bambi! Plot: Bambi is the story of a little deer named Bambi! We see him as he learns to walk and adventures out away from his mum with his best friend Thumper, a rabbit, and with Flower too, who is a skunk. I remember the first time I ever saw Bambi, I was about eight and it was just about the saddest film I'd ever seen. Even now I'm all grown-up and have children of my own I must admit that certain scenes still bring a tear or three to my eye. I think out of all the Disney films it's my absolute favourite, and for a long time is was the only film that wasn't available on DVD. I was really disappointed with this, as I wanted my children to enjoy the film with me, but eventually it was released on a special edition DVD, which promised that it had been digitally restored with 5.1 sound.
