Advantages: Scary, very bloody

Disadvantages: Low budget, effects not brilliant

Why, it's the the mis-shaped evil siamese twin of the dude carrying the basket, obviously.
And there we have the essential story of this film, a gentle tale of scary gory revenge by siamese twins on the doctors who separated them set in scummy 1970's New York. The film was made on a very low budget and this shows in some of the effects, especialy the claymation 'twin', but there's plenty of blood and some genuine frights. Well worth watching for all fans of horror movies, especially those who aren't after ultra-slick production and effects.
