I first saw beaches when it came out on video and i think i have worn by tape out watching it since.

It is a real weepy and if i need to have a good cry I always watch this film. It moves me every time at exactly the same place and although i know whats coming and when it always gets me.

It also a film that really makes you think about life and your own life and what you make of it.

I would give this a definite thumbs up, not only woudl i recommend it to a friend i'd buy a big bucket of popcorn, some icecream and a box of tissues to watch it with them.
