The early 1990's was a pretty rubbish decade for Michael Caine. Until his 'comeback' film Little Voice in 1998 - it looked as though his career was almost over. Relegated to made for TV movies like 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (in which he played Nemo), to Mandela and De Klerk (playing De Klerk), the nineties offered very little in terms of great quality Caine. The 90's got off to a terrible start with the atrocious Michael Winner directed monstrosity 'Bullseye'. Snuck between Noises Off (1992) and Muppet Christmas Carol (1992), was a little spy thriller called Blue Ice.
