After recently watching - and loving - the film Ed Wood (1994), I decided I wanted to see some of his original films.. In Ed Wood, we follow the notoriously bad director as he makes three films in the 1950s - Glen and Glenda being his first, then this film The Bride of the Monster followed by Plan 9 from Outer Space. The Bride of the Monster has a sort of plot. The story is about a mad scientist (of course!) called Dr. Eric Vornoff (Bela Lugosi) who aims to turn men into a super-race using atomic energy.
