Bride Wars is a classic "chick flick".

It's not a great film, it wont be winning any oscars, but if you are ever a bit stuck for choice, this film is watchable. If you have been married or planned a wedding you will completely sympathize with the scenarios in the film (fake tans going wrong etc) and it will make you chuckle.

Both the girls are childhood friends and they want the same wedding and it causes a few arguments and a few funny scenes where they are playing tricks on each other to try and ruin each others weddings.

There is no complicated plot to this film, or any brilliant acting, but it is just a classic feel good, romantic comedy, which you can watch without having your brain switched on. I would describe it as a good Sunday afternoon film.

All in all it's ok to watch, and a bit funny in places, but I don't think you would watch it twice.
