Before you read my review and judge, please bear in mind I do not give away spoilers as I personally hate reading a review of a film which gives most of it away.

I love this film. I feel it is a complete chick flick with a real feel good theme about it. Girls if your ever feeling low, stick this in the dvd player, get some ice cream and snuggle up under the duvet and you will feel so much better after you've seen this. Men, if you want to understand women a bit better - see this and watch and listen.

Renee Zelwegger plays Bridget so well - I cannot think of another actress who could have played this part so well.

She plays a very realistic, down to earth girl who falls for the 'bad guy' and the film details what she goes through to get him / be with him and what she really thinks of herself.

Lots of winging to friends, drinking, smoking, akward situations make this film so realistic.

I really enjoyed this film as I think most women will be able to relate from it in some way.
