Zombies! This has never been my favorite horror topic. This movie uses the ol' "Night of the Living Dead" approach with their Radioactive dead guys. Lab experiment gone askew and you got corpses running around eating peoples brains! OOPS!
But the one thing I'll say for it, it is funny as heck! I don't know if it was supposed to be or not, but the way the zombies took on the modern era of the '80s was a riot! And the everyones reaction to the zombie was just so lethargic, you couldn't help but giggle every now and then.
I've never seen the first one, but if it's as bad as this one, I wouldn't recommend it.
