Where can I start? this DVD is absolutely brilliant! it is a complete and thorough workout unlike the others in this series. It roughly takes about 50 minutes and is sure to puff you out! It works all areas of the body and gives results. I lost 1 stone and 6lbs doing this dvd in just less than 2 months, I just cannot praise it enough. The commentary from Carmen and her personal trainer throughout the dvd is really motivating and it's good that you can actually see Carmen struggling through it.
