Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease - Vol.1 (DVD)

I recently bought Carmen Electra's Aerobics Striptease DVD and it was not at all what I expected. It exceeded expectations! I love exercising and I love aerobics in particular and when my schedule forced me to drop out of aerobics class, I rummaged the shops for some energetic aerobics classes on DVD. I must admit that I hesitated for a while before buying it; Carmen Electra's reputation was not really encouraging for me to spend £6 on a DVD which claimed to help you "strip your way to fitness". I bought this a couple of years ago intending to buy the whole colection however was quite dissappointed when i started to do this workout as this particular dvd is more of a dance dvd. To be quite honest I think it is fun to do for a laugh but don't believe Carmen when she tells you the moves are sexy, they really aren't and if you did this dance in a club people might wonder if you were extremely intoxicated and had lost all control of your limbs! on a more serious note, it isn't a very good workout either, it takes a lot of time and I doubt it burns a lot fo calories, I didn't see any results just from doing this dvd (and obviously also following a strict ...  Read the complete review

I like to try and keep myself fit and toned, but I dislike exercise for the sake of exercising so I try to take some of the pain out of it by finding something I enjoy. I love dancing and dance music, hence I bought both DVDs in the Pump It Up series. I still adore both of those but I like a bit of variety so I thought this might make a nice change every now and then.
