I was 26 then. I still bought the DVD as I like some of the music. And I have a mixed opinion. The score is excellent and some of the tunes have become famous the world over. These actors were brilliantly trained to perfection and the songs are some of the most well known songs now like the ever loved song "Memory". This musical inspired me to want to learn to sing and dance properly and now I have the proud achievement of grade 8 musical theatre. It really is an entrancing musical that would be a shame if you do not get the chance to see this in your lifetime. Having seen this I now wish to see it live in London ...
