What do chip-pans, fridges and kites all have in common? They're all DEATHTRAPS! In the 60's and 70's there were several hundred Public Information Films made. These were short films issued by the Government to be shown on TV in the advert breaks to warn the public about pretty much everything under the sun. Having long disappeared from our TV screens, the only way to view them now is on the DVD "Charley Says" which was released at the end of 2001.
