The second season of Charmed allowed the stars to relax a little bit more, and the plots developed a bit further. As with all TV drama series, you need a little time to establish it before wading in with the big guns. Season 1 introduced us to the three Charmed Ones, sister Pru, Piper and Phoebe Halliwell, as well as some other recurring characters, such as Leo the 'handyman', and policeman Darrell. This season introduces some new characters, Dan and Jenny, who move in next door to the sisters. A brief recap: the three sisters are known as the Charmed Ones, and are witches. They each have a power: Pru can move things with her mind, Piper can freeze time, and ... Read the complete review

I have recently purchased the Charmed Series 2 DVD box set off eBay. My purchase was an item that I had wanted for a very long time, but had put off buying because when it came out it was so expensive - £39.99 for six DVDS. However, you can now get it in the shops for about £19.99 or cheaper if you are really lucky. However on eBay it can be really cheap to get a slightly used copy. I got mine for under £10, and the seller threw in Series 2 as the cover was missing! Anyway to get back to the actual DVD's - Charmed is a series about 3 ordinary sisters called Halliwell, who wake up one day to discover that they are actually witches! Good ones, of ... Season Two was much the same as Season One, but each storyline managed to be different and not too repetitive, although this season did see the return of one or two demons that had been vanquished previously. This season looks more closely at the sister's lives before they were Charmed, and we also find out what really happened to their mother. Season Two of Charmed ran from 30th September 1999 until May 18th 2000, with 22 episodes, each lasting approximately 40 minutes. *The Cast* The following six cast members were credited in most opening titles, unless they did not appear in a specific episode. Prue Halliwell - Shannen Doherty Piper ... Read the complete review

This is the 2nd series DVD box set of the popular TV show 'Charmed' produced by Aaron Spelling. For those who dont know, 'Charmed' is about 3 sisters living in San Francisco, who happen to be witches with magical powers. They are known as The Charmed Ones. This series sees oldest sister Prue (Shannen Doherty), middle sister Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and baby sister Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) back for their second year of spell casting, demon fighting and warlock vanquishing, all in the name of protecting the innocent, whilst desperately trying to balance this with living normal lives. Season two of Charmed was great! I watched it none stop until I'd watched every single one of the season. New neighbours Dan and Jenny were great new comers for the second season. The packaging is in a orange box with a picture of Shannon Doherty, Holly Marie Combs and Alyssa Milano. As like season one the inside is set out like a book, with a disc on each page. Prue, Piper and Phoebe start to enjoy there first break, in a whole year, from demons. Prue is devastated after Andys death and she gets a new power. Piper and Leo break up and Piper gets together with new next door neighbour Dan Gordon. Things don't work our and she gets back with Leo. ... Read the complete review
