Chorlton is a happiness dragon and one day he wakes up or rather is hatched in Wheelie world. From that point on he brings light to darkness and happiness to all who meet him. He finds the wheelie people being terrorised by Fenella an evil and frankly hapless witch. She and her minions try every trick and spell in the book to thwart Chorlton and his new wheelie friends.
