Clockers is intricate ghetto tale centred around Ronald "Strike" Dunham (Mekhi Pfeifer) and his troubles as a low level dealer on the streets of Brooklyn. Strike works for Rodney Little (Delroy Lindo), the drug baron of the neighbourhood, who employs kids from the area from his sweet shop front to sell his product. Strike is doing well for himself till he is told by Rodney to kill another one of his clockers, Darryl, whose been taking a cut for himself.
