Advantages: Erm, funnier than a kick me sign?

Disadvantages: Waste of money

I was promised good things from this film by all my friends, raving about it as I could not go to see this film with them because I had other commitments that evening. Needless to say I am happy, so happy that I waited for the DVD because I would have been disgusted in myself for wasting £7 on a cinema ticket and another £8 for popcorn and an ice blast from the Odeon.

I must say though it sounded extremely promising, unknown monster attacking New York? Awesome! But from the very start of this movie I could see that I was going to be let down severely, I knew that it was wrong to expect great things from a camcorder style movie. I thought I had learned that lesson from the Blair Witch Project, but I guess lightning can strike twice.

The Plot: A mysterious monster attacks New York after it is struck by something unknown.. Inside are a group of party goers who quickly rush to the roof and see something montrous in the distance and must head back inside.. from here on the tale of the story shall be recorded..

Seriously save your money in buying it and if you have some sort of movie rental deal that you have already paid for, then sure give this movie a go, but get another movie with it that you know will be good, something actually good like Independence Day, which actually has a good story line and Will Smith in it, need I say more? well thats another review and I wold need atleast another 148 words.

Complete waste of money, whilst I feel better for getting the DVD I still would have felt better not even bothering
