Cold Creek Manor (DVD)

no one can pretend that the premise here isn't severely overused....i mean, a creppy old house, a new family moving in from the city, the dangerous guy living nearby who is attractive but also creepy.....Maybe this cliched script can be blamed for this film being pretty bad, as apposed to the acting?
