Coyote Ugly is a 2000 film directed by David McNally and starring Piper Perabo, Adam Garcia & Tyra Banks amongst others. The films runs for 101 minutes and is currently available for under £8.00 from Amazon.co.uk.

The film is based on the Coyote Ugly Saloon, in New York, and in the film we see the story of Violet Sanford (Perabo) who decides to leave her father and her hometown in order to pursue her dream of becoming a songwriter but she suffers a lot and her luck is beginning to run out when she spots some of the Coyote Ugly girls flaunting their $100's of tips and then she finds out about the bar and persuades the owner, Lil, to give her a job because of her school teacher looks and she does prove to be very popular with the punters working on the bar serving drinks, singing, dancing and performing wild acts with the other girls who work there.

Eventually Violet gets her big break and the girls from Coyote Ugly are there with her every step of the way but will things work out just how she planned and will she find love along the way?

The film is very well directed and the cast are very lively and fun and really bring Coyote Ugly to life. I enjoyed Violet's story that was running throughout and I really wanted her to bring herself back up and succeed in achieving her dream. It was a very engrossing film and one that I thoroughly enjoyed. I will no doubt watch this again in the future and I would definitely recommend it because I felt that it came together very well at the end and I was very satisfied with the ending of the film and it was just what I wanted to happen throughout the film. I am rating the film 4/5 as it was great!
