Advantages: Great graphics

Disadvantages: None

Cube 2: Hypercube is the follow on from cube. Eight strangers awake to find themselves in a cube shaped room. Each person in a different room. Their is a door on each face of the cube and each one leads them into an identical room. No one remembers how they got there. Eventually they meet and relalise they all have something to do with the cube and that they each have a skill to get them out. Unlike cube 1, this time they are in a 4th dimension cube, one that they thought could only exist in theory.

This film is a lot more interesting than cube 1 and is a lot scarier. The horror is built up through playing on the viewers fears such as being trapped. There are a lot better and more memorable characters this time although a couple are kind of annoying. The effects are better and everything is one step up from the prequel. It has a lot more suspense and is very, for lack of a better word, trippy. There are points where they meet themselves and witness themselves being killed by other members of the group. The traps are more interesting and a lot smarter. Basically the film is great and has a pretty damn good story. I would reccomend it to anyone.

Summary: Worth a watch

I must admit the Cube films have been intriguing.

I didn't like it anywhere near as much as the first, but the first had Nicole DeBoer in, which swayed me a bit at the time.
