Darcey Bussell - Pilates For Life (DVD)

Having previously danced, I bought this as a way to keep up my flexibility and also to improve my posture which has been ruined by having a baby! However you don't need to be a dancer to enjoy this DVD. There are a wide variety of exercises so that you can mix and match how much or how little you do. There are sections for toning almost every part of your body including muscles you didn't realise you had. Darcy gives the instructions by a voiceover and speaks in a calming voice.
