Death And The Maiden (DVD)

Death and the Maiden is a hard hitting thriller directed by Roman Polanski about a woman, played by Sigourney Weaver, who by a coincidence of events becomes confronted by a man responsible for her torture as a prisoner of a cruel dictatorship in South America, Ben kinsley. The whole story takes place in a house on the cliff tops and Polanski comes up with a story purely from the tensions and tales of the three characters as their past begins to come to the surface.
