I hadn't seen anything before about this movie, and judging by the name alone I was very reluctant to watch it, thinking it would be a rubbish re-make of an old film I hadn't seen before. This movie proved me completely wrong. It was a very high paced, action packed thriller which kept the adrenaline pumping and eyes glued to the screen at all times.

In terms of getting a guy's attention, this film had everything: brutal violence, fast cars, gore and finally a lot of stunning women. Therefore covering all necessary areas to get their attention and keep it throughout the entire screening.

The plot is based around a guy who is framed for the murder of his wife to get him into prison to replace a masked driver who has recently died, but due to ratings the death cant be admitted to the public, therefore the legend has to continue and the races have to carry on.

The aim of the race is simple, and after winning a series of races the prisoner is allowed to go home. Though this could prove harder than expected.

There is a lot of gore and exciting/inventive deaths, though whilst having this the movie isn't tacky. Though this is not for the faint of heart!

This is an exciting film and at no point were there any slow moments or lack of plot, all in all I' give this movie a 9 out of 10 and recommend it to anybody who doesn't have a weak stomach to watch!
